PHASE – 1
- We visit the Site and then do the Assessment
- After that we create Architectural Plans and other Options
- We also focus on Elevation Views
- Our Engineer designs the Structures
- We then develop the Plumbing and Electrical Plan
PHASE-2
- In the second phase we create the Municipal Plan Preparation
- Document Submission to GMC/CRDA/VMC
- After which we do the Liaising with the Municipal Departments
- We then Obtain Plan Approvals
PHASE-3
- Material Specification and Selection is done by the Client
- Detailed Construction Cost Estimates
- Loan Application Process is Initiated if required
- Bank Liaising for Loan Sanction
